TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE 8 WEEKS OF CHRISTMAS COMPETITION

The entries must comply with these terms and conditions. The Retail Institute has the right to change the terms & conditions of the competition at any time.

Eligibility:

  • All trainees currently completing a generic Retail Institute training programme through the Retail Institute are eligible for the draw.
  • To go in to the draw the trainee must complete their qualification before the final draw.
  • Assessments must be received by Retail Institute and marked achieved to be valid for the draws. Final draw 23rd December 2011.
  • Employees of the Retail Institute are not eligible for the draws.
  • Qualifications valid for the draw include the Customer Service Award, National Certificate in Retail Level 2, National Certificate in Retail Level 3, National Certificate in Retail Level 4, Working in Distribution, National Certificate in Distribution Level 2, National Certificate in Distribution Level 3, National Certificate in Distribution Level 4, Loss Prevention for Frontline Staff, Loss Prevention for Supervisors and Managers, Retail Jewellery.
  • School students are not eligible for the draws.

Timing:

  • This promotion will be held between 31/10/11 and ending on 23/12/11.
  • The first draw will be on 4th November and the final draw will be on 23rd December 2011.
  • Draws will take place every Friday at 4pm.

To Enter:

  • To enter the draw trainees of the Retail Institute must complete a valid training programme between the competition dates.
  • Assessments must be received by Retail Institute and marked complete by the 23/12/11 to go in to the draws.
  • Trainees will be entered into all draws held after their assessment is marked complete. If an entrant wins a prize, he/she will be removed from all subsequent draws.
  • The entries must comply with these terms and conditions
  • No purchases are necessary to win.

Use of Data:

  • All personal data will remain to be held by the Retail Institute.
  • Winners names and companies may be published by Retail Institute
  • Selection of winners:
  • Draws will take place every Friday at the Retail Institute offices in Wellington by a nominated official.
  • Prizes will be sent by the following Monday.
  • Final draw 23 December 2011.
  • Winners will be notified by phone.
  • The judge’s decision is final.
  • Please allow two weeks for the delivery of prizes

Prizes:

  • The prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable.
  • Prizes may differ from those pictured.
