Customer Service Officer - Auckland
We are looking for an experienced administrator to provide support to our team of Training Advisers working with employers in the Retail Industry.
Retail Institute is proud of the customer service we provide to internal and external customers.
You will need to be an outstanding communicator who thinks on their feet, is prepared to go the extra mile and enjoys a fast paced and dynamic team environment. You will also need attention to detail and to be experienced at data entry and multi tasking.
Person Specification:
- Excellent proficiency and experience in Microsoft Office and general computer troubleshooting (query and report writing skills would be an advantage)
- Experience with CRM systems
- Capable of professional communication with all customers and stakeholders in a friendly and approachable manner both verbally and in writing
- Office Management experience would be an advantage
