Other Industry Training Organisations (ITOs)

  • We work with other ITOs in the development of qualifications which might cross sectors. In particular the Retail Institute is involved with the other service sector ITOs which includes five ITOs responsible for the qualifications and training development of the aviation, tourism and travel; hospitality; sports fitness and recreation; hairdressing; and transport industries. Together we aim to promote skills growth within the service sector as a whole and capitalise on similarities in our industries and collaborate on work relevant to the entire sector such as research and qualifications development.
