The Thirteenth Annual General Meeting of Retail Training New Zealand Incorporated1 trading as Retail Institute, will be held in the Boardroom of the New Zealand Retailers Association, 61-63 St Lukes Road, St Lukes, Auckland, on Wednesday 10th June 2009, commencing at 11:00am

- Election of Directors
The following Directors are required to stand down in accordance with Rule 11.2

All being eligible and available these directors have offered their services for re-election.
Any other members wishing to stand for the Board should contact Kiri Baddiley to obtain a Nomination Form. Completed nomination forms are to be received no later than 5:00pm, Friday, 5th June 2009
7. General Business
Bring to the attention of members that we have looked at the Rules and have identified a number of areas that are being considered for revision. Any proposed changes will be brought to a subsequent meeting of members.
Items of General Business for consideration at the meeting should be submitted to Kiri Baddiley (kirib@retailinstitute.org.nz ) in writing, by Friday 5th June 2009.
