Loss Prevention for Frontline Staff helps to build the knowledge and skills needed to minimise and prevent losses on the shop floor.
The Limited Credit Programme covers skills such as: identifying suspicious customer behaviour, removing the opportunity for theft, what to do if you see theft occurring and reducing process loss. It is perfect for retailers working on the shop floor.
It covers the following unit standards:
- 24996 Explain the legal definitions and consequences of theft and fraud
- 24997 Demonstrate knowledge of theft and fraud
- 24998 Identify and monitor suspicious behaviour by customers and deter theft and fraud
- 25795 Demonstrate knowledge of process loss
- 25796 Demonstrate knowledge of policies and procedures to prevent process loss
