Retail Insights
Retail Insights is a great next step for students who have completed the Customer Service Award and want to progress their learning further.
Retail Insights covers advanced customer service technqiues, developing product expertise, displaying and presenting products and working with money.
This is a great material for students who may go on to complete the National Certifcate in Retail (Level 2), as credits gained from this pragramme can be cross-credited.

The trainee pack includes a full colour workbook which covers: training material, classroom activities, workplace activities and assessment. Also included in the pack is a New Zealand money pack.
