NATIONAL CERTIFICATE IN RETAIL (LEVEL 3)
The National Certificate in Retail (Level 3) follows on from the National Certificate in Retail (Level 2).
This certificate recognises and assesses such skills as:
- giving instructions
- giving and receiving feedback
- responding to customers' complaints by telephone and face to face
- sale of goods and services legislation
- dealing with different types of customer behaviours
- using your knowledge of products and services.
Who is suitable?
The National Certificate in Retail (Level 3) is suitable for most retailers working in a supervisory position, or those who have completed the National Certificate in Retail (Level 2) and want to move on to the next level.
