NATIONAL CERTIFICATE IN RETAIL (LEVEL 4)
This qualification is designed for people who are working in supervisory or management roles in retail. It recognises skills and knowledge used to plan, organise and manage themselves, other people and operations in a retail environment.
This certificate recognises and assesses such skills as:
- planning, organising and allocating work
- managing conflict
- participating in groups and/or teams
- problem solving
- performing business calculations
- planning and managing a stocktake
- establishing and maintaining stock levels
- using knowledge of relevant legislation
Who is suitable?
The National Certificate in Retail (Level 4) is suitable for experienced retailers in management or supervisory positions, or those who have completed the National Certificate in Retail (Level 3) and want to move on to the next level.
