Survey results:

The Retail Institute surveyed over 200 people who completed one of our qualifications and found:

• 94% said the qualification refreshed their knowledge of retail
  
• 92% rated their qualification at 3 or above on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 was ‘of no use at all' and 5 was ‘very valuable'
  
• 84% said the qualification would help them gain another job in the retail industry
  
• 75% said it led to formal recognition of their skills
  
• 72% said it led to an increase in their confidence at work
  
• 65% would like to do the next level of a retail or distribution qualification
  
• 61% said their motivation at work had increased
  
• 60% agreed that their productivity had increased.
