Training materials

The Retail Institute has training materials to suit most levels and types of retail and distribution operations.

Our training material is designed primarily to line up with our qualifications. However, even if your staff are not working towards a qualification, the material can be used to help train your staff in specific areas or to help you set up your own training systems. Trainees receive the corresponding material when they sign into a Training Agreement.
